{"id":12371,"date":"2024-02-04T17:09:32","date_gmt":"2024-02-04T17:09:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/revistaacropolis.com\/?p=12371"},"modified":"2024-02-04T17:09:44","modified_gmt":"2024-02-04T17:09:44","slug":"dictan-prision-preventiva-a-exalcalde-de-pachuca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revistaacropolis.com\/index.php\/dictan-prision-preventiva-a-exalcalde-de-pachuca\/politica\/","title":{"rendered":"Dictan prisi\u00f3n preventiva a exalcalde de Pachuca"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tras reanudarse la audiencia inicial en la que fue imputado por el delito de peculado, <strong>esta ma\u00f1ana un juez de control dict\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n justificada al exalcalde priista de Pachuca Eleazar Garc\u00eda S\u00e1nchez.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de que el Ministerio P\u00fablico le formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n, <strong>el exedil y empresario se acogi\u00f3 a la duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino constitucional de 144 horas,<\/strong> por lo que la continuaci\u00f3n de audiencia inicia se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el pr\u00f3ximo jueves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia de Hidalgo (PGJH), <strong>el exalcalde emanado del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI) firm\u00f3 12 contratos durante su mandato (2012-2016) sin el debido aval del Cabildo<\/strong>, que ocasionaron al ayuntamiento un detrimento financiero de 37 millones 476 mil pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los convenios que se\u00f1ala la representaci\u00f3n social fueron signados en la administraci\u00f3n del tricolor <strong>est\u00e1n relacionados con la ejecuci\u00f3n de obra p\u00fablica.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"798\" height=\"492\" src=\"https:\/\/revistaacropolis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-8.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12372\" srcset=\"https:\/\/revistaacropolis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-8.png 798w, https:\/\/revistaacropolis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-8-300x185.png 300w, https:\/\/revistaacropolis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-8-768x474.png 768w, https:\/\/revistaacropolis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-8-600x370.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 798px) 100vw, 798px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Garc\u00eda S\u00e1nchez <strong>fue detenido al mediod\u00eda de ayer en la segunda secci\u00f3n de Santa Julia, sobre la calle Chabacano, a unas cuadras antes de la avenida Ferrocarril Central<\/strong> y presentado ante la autoridad judicial por la noche.
