Montiel Castel\u00e1n implement\u00f3 una serie de medidas en materia de seguridad que resultaron en una notable disminuci\u00f3n<br>de la delincuencia en la regi\u00f3n. Bajo su liderazgo, se reforz\u00f3 la capacitaci\u00f3n de los cuerpos policiales<br>y se mejor\u00f3 la infraestructura de seguridad, lo que contribuy\u00f3 a generar un ambiente m\u00e1s seguro para los habitantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el \u00e1mbito de la obra p\u00fablica, Montiel Castel\u00e1n impuls\u00f3 proyectos clave que mejoraron significativamente la calidad de vida en el municipio. Se llevaron a cabo importantes obras de pavimentaci\u00f3n y modernizaci\u00f3n de calles, facilitando la movilidad y el acceso a servicios b\u00e1sicos.
