M, exdirector del Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social (Cereso) de Tula, por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de evasi\u00f3n de presos agravada, <\/strong>ocurrida en ese penal el mes pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Hidalgo (PGJH) se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el <strong>exfuncionario permanece bajo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/strong>. Asimismo, el plazo para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria que estableci\u00f3 la autoridad judicial es de dos meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Los hechos imputados al exdirector carcelario ocurrieron la tarde del 14 de febrero,<\/strong> cuando el interno identificado con las iniciales J. M. O. se fug\u00f3 del penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Derivado de lo ocurrido, se realiz\u00f3 la denuncia ante el Ministerio P\u00fablico, donde se inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n contra quien o quienes resultaran responsables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras realizar las investigaciones correspondientes, <strong>se determin\u00f3 la probable responsabilidad de Fredy C. M., motivo por el que se solicit\u00f3 y obtuvo una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra, la fue ejecutada por agentes de la Divisi\u00f3n de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
