Rotaract 2025: Unidos para Hacer del Liderazgo una Acci\u00f3n Consciente"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Un encuentro que inspir\u00f3, form\u00f3 y conect\u00f3 a los l\u00edderes del ma\u00f1ana del Distrito 4170.<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Este 3 y 4 de mayo se llev\u00f3 a cabo el <strong><em>President Elect Learning Seminar&nbsp; <\/em><\/strong>(P.E.L.S.) del Distrito Rotaract 4170, una jornada de formaci\u00f3n intensiva que reuni\u00f3 a clubes de todo el distrito bajo el lema <strong>\u201cUnidos para hacer el bien\u201d<\/strong>, inspirando a j\u00f3venes a trav\u00e9s de la acci\u00f3n, el conocimiento y el compromiso con su comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El encuentro se celebr\u00f3 en la sede de la Gobernatura Rotaria, ubicada en Paseo de la Reforma 195, donde se vivi\u00f3 un ambiente de camarader\u00eda, capacitaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y visi\u00f3n compartida. Uno de los momentos m\u00e1s significativos fue la presencia del <strong>Gobernador Electo 2025-2026, Omar Moreno<\/strong>, quien, adem\u00e1s de dar un mensaje inspirador, hizo historia al convertirse en el gobernador m\u00e1s joven en la trayectoria del Distrito 4170.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los ejes tem\u00e1ticos abordados durante el evento destacaron la membres\u00eda, la transici\u00f3n de Rotaract a Rotary, la gesti\u00f3n de la imagen p\u00fablica, la Fundaci\u00f3n Rotaria, el desarrollo profesional, el protocolo y la atracci\u00f3n de talento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El evento tambi\u00e9n sirvi\u00f3 como plataforma para presentar al nuevo equipo de liderazgo Rotaract 2025-2026:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sergio Morales Rosales<\/strong> \u2013 RDR Electo | Club Rotaract Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eduardo L\u00f3pez S\u00e1nchez<\/strong> \u2013 Secretario | Club Rotaract Zinacatepec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mart\u00edn Melo God\u00ednez<\/strong> \u2013 Tesorero | Club Rotaract Actopan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stephanie Lorena Peralta Padilla<\/strong> \u2013 Membres\u00eda | Club Rotaract Plateros Centro Hist\u00f3rico<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jatzi Itzel Ram\u00edrez Arriaga<\/strong> \u2013 Desarrollo Profesional | Club Rotaract Viveros Coyoac\u00e1n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No\u00e9 Loera Barona<\/strong> \u2013 Protocolo | Club Rotaract Actopan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jos\u00e9 Emilio Vald\u00e9s Aguilar<\/strong> \u2013 Servicio Internacional | Club Rotaract Metepec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ana Paola Gonz\u00e1lez Lara<\/strong> \u2013 Fundaci\u00f3n Rotaria | Club Rotaract Zona Rosa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ingrid Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong> \u2013 Medio Ambiente | Club Rotaract Pachuca Plata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Abel Ignacio<\/strong> \u2013 Imagen P\u00fablica | Club Rotaract Mineral de la Reforma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dalai Arizmendi<\/strong> \u2013 Desarrollo Profesional | Club Rotaract Mineral de la Reforma<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Las ponencias estuvieron a cargo de grandes referentes rotarios como <strong>Erik Fritz<\/strong>, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Antonio Gonz\u00e1lez Castillo<\/strong>, <strong>Bertha Ramos Carrillo<\/strong>, <strong>David Bertolucci<\/strong>, <strong>Ivonne Alva<\/strong>, <strong>Cristina P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, y la Past Gobernadora <strong>Olga Devlyn<\/strong>, quienes compartieron su experiencia, trayectoria y visi\u00f3n de liderazgo al servicio. Adem\u00e1s, se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n especial de <strong>Ang\u00e9lica de la Vega Ar\u00e9valo<\/strong>, experta en gesti\u00f3n de riesgo y crisis, y de <strong>Viridiana Dom\u00ednguez<\/strong>, Directora Regional de BNI Centro CDMX,&nbsp; quien ofreci\u00f3 una magistral conferencia sobre liderazgo colaborativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Erik Fritz Andrade<\/strong>, actual chair de Rotaract en el Distrito 4170, en su papel como coopresidente ha sido una pieza clave para la articulaci\u00f3n de estos espacios formativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las capacitaciones, el P.E.L.S. 2025 consolid\u00f3 la identidad del <strong>#Team4170<\/strong>, demostrando que cuando los j\u00f3venes se re\u00fanen con una visi\u00f3n compartida, el servicio se transforma en una herramienta poderosa para el cambio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porque <strong>formar l\u00edderes con visi\u00f3n, empat\u00eda y compromiso<\/strong> no es solo una meta, es una necesidad.
