mat\u00f3 a un perro al tratar de sacarlo con una soga en el cuello fue vinculado a proceso por delitos cometidos contra animales<\/strong> este viernes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El imputado por maltrato animal <strong>ahorc\u00f3 a un can la noche del 23 de abril pasado, acto que fue difundido en redes sociales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En continuaci\u00f3n de audiencia inicial realizada en los juzgados penales de Pachuca, <strong>la jueza de control Karina V\u00e9rtiz Mar\u00edn otorg\u00f3 un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, <strong>Guillermo I.A. permanece con la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, <\/strong>la cual le fue impuesta el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles, en el Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social (Cereso) de Pachuca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el Ministerio P\u00fablico, <strong>el vigilante jal\u00f3 al perro con una cuerda hasta asfixiarlo, lo cual fue evidenciado por un video grabado por una vecina de Provenza y exhibido en redes sociales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el material audiovisual, el guardia de seguridad arrastra al can con una cuerda atada a su cuello que le corta la respiraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al ser cuestionado por la colona, <strong>el vigilante dice que el can \u201cse est\u00e1 mete y mete\u201d desde la ma\u00f1ana y que \u201ces ma\u00f1oso\u201d;<\/strong> justific\u00f3 que los residentes le hab\u00edan solicitado sacar al animal del fraccionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-query
