{"id":9666,"date":"2023-10-24T20:15:24","date_gmt":"2023-10-24T20:15:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/revistaacropolis.com\/?p=9666"},"modified":"2023-10-24T22:31:20","modified_gmt":"2023-10-24T22:31:20","slug":"por-violacion-sentencian-a-12-anos-6-meses-de-carcel-a-regidor-de-pachuca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revistaacropolis.com\/index.php\/por-violacion-sentencian-a-12-anos-6-meses-de-carcel-a-regidor-de-pachuca\/politica\/","title":{"rendered":"Por violaci\u00f3n, sentencian a 12 a\u00f1os 6 meses de c\u00e1rcel a regidor de Pachuca"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Un Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento<strong> sentenci\u00f3 al regidor con licencia de Pachuca Christian Sa\u00fal Caballero Barreiro a 12 a\u00f1os y seis meses<\/strong> de prisi\u00f3n por el delito violaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sentencia impuesta al edil que lleg\u00f3 al Cabildo por las siglas del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI) <strong>fue le\u00edda por los juzgadores este d\u00eda en los juzgados penal y oralidad de Pachuca.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se le impuso una multa de 125 veces el valor de la Unidas de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La denuncia penal contra Caballero Barreiro se integr\u00f3 luego de que la v\u00edctima, de iniciales G.L., public\u00f3 que redes sociales que hab\u00eda sufrido abuso a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s por parte del regidor. <strong>La orden de aprehensi\u00f3n fue cumplimentada  en reclusi\u00f3n el 27 de octubre de 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"489\" src=\"https:\/\/revistaacropolis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-102.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9667\" srcset=\"https:\/\/revistaacropolis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-102.png 800w, https:\/\/revistaacropolis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-102-300x183.png 300w, https:\/\/revistaacropolis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-102-768x469.png 768w, https:\/\/revistaacropolis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-102-600x367.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Apenas <strong>a finales de septiembre pasado el asamble\u00edsta fue sentenciado a nueves meses de prisi\u00f3n por el delito de de ultrajes a la autoridad <\/strong>y lesiones ocurridas la madrugada del 1 de octubre de 2022, por golpear a polic\u00edas municipales, pena que ya cumpli\u00f3 en le Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social (Cereso) de Pachuca.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento sentenci\u00f3 al regidor con licencia de Pachuca Christian Sa\u00fal Caballero Barreiro a 12 a\u00f1os y seis meses de prisi\u00f3n por el delito violaci\u00f3n.
